● VIP Pass Holder Card is needed to claim VIP Pass Holder benefits/gain entry to the park.

● VIP Pass Holder Card is valid for the time-period purchased/indicated (1 Week, 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year respectively). Validity date starts on the day of purchase

● Expiring VIP Pass Holder Cards can be renewed at any time.

● There is NO minimum/maximum age requirement to be eligible for a VIP Pass (some activities may have age restrictions which still apply!)

● VIP Pass Holder Cards are personal and benefits can’t be transferred to others (The complementary 1 hour and All-day passes that come with the respective package can be used for any person)

● Non expired passes can’t be returned or exchange for money!

● 360 Sports Park reserve the right to revoke VIP Pass Holder Cards privileges to any visitor who violates common decency, park rules or engages in criminal/illicit activities.

● 360 Sports Park reserve the right to update/change VIP Pass-holder conditions at any time without announcement

● Pass Holders must provide valid first & last name, email and phone number and date of birth.

●Pass-holder benefits don’t extended to pricing on parties, events, restaurant(food & drink), merchandise, equipment rentals, park-facility rentals, corporate events etc.

● By becoming a member, guests agree with all these terms and conditions

● Blackout-dates may apply.

● No compensation is given for unavailable activities, black-out dates, park closings etc.

● All sales are final, no returns accepted once guests enter the park

● 360SportsPark does not offer credit

● Prices, fees and promotions may change at any time and without notice

● All activities/attractions are on a “first come, first serve” bases! For safety & enjoyment reasons, guest limits apply to activities & attractions. Our staff will guide you accordingly. (exception: 6 Months & 1 Year Pass-Holders with their 24/48hour reservation possibility)

● VIP Pass Holders need to check in with Front desk and need to wear Guest-Wristbands like all participating guests.

● VIP Pass Holders also participate in one activity (climbing, trampoline, segways, pump track or board games etc.) per hour- without switching back and forth between activities.

● Park or some attractions may be restricted or closed due to severe weather, corporate/private events, repairs/maintenance or other reasons. Notice may not be given. Inquire with our staff if uncertain. These conditions also apply to Weekly, Monthly & 1 Year VIP Pass holders!

● We reserve the right to refuse service/entrance to anyone!

● We reserve the right to ask visitor to leave the premises if they violate common decency, park rules, staff instructions or participate in illegal/illicit activities.

● Attractions/activities may change without notice!

● Guests in possession of a valid & current day pass, weekly pass, monthly pass or 1 Year pass are allowed to exit the park and re-enter at any time during opening hours (by showing valid pass). Guests with hourly passes void their pass upon exiting the park (even if they have a membership)!

● Lost, stolen or damaged/unreadable cards must be replaced at a cost of 60THB prior claiming VIP Pass holder benefits (we recommend a protective sleeve to prevent wear and tear to the card)
