Thank you for your interest in becoming a 360 Sports Park Pass-Holder for a unlimited 360 enjoyment!
To start the Pass-Holder Application, please complete the Customer Information fields in the section below. Then read and sign the Terms and Conditions of being a Pass-Holder.
Once you have paid the selected pass fee at the 360 Sports Park Front Desk, you will get an email with your digital Membership Card and/or a physical membership card. Keep this card save and with you- it is needed to grant you access to the 360 Sports Park!

Pass-Holder Benefits / Terms & Conditions:
Pass-Holder Benefits
● All 1 week, 1 month, 6 month & annual Pass-Holders enjoy unlimited entries to the park and board game cafe. Certain limitations may apply – see “General Rules” for details.
● 6 Months Pass-Holders get 1 pair of grip socks / Annual Pass-Holders get 2 pairs of grip socks
● 6 Months Pass-Holders get 5x 1hour / Annual Pass-Holders get 10x 1 hour tickets. These tickets can be given to any person of their choosing. They can be redeemed even without the pass-holder being present. These tickets remain valid for the length of the pass-holder’s pass only!
● 6 Months Pass-Holders get 1x all day ticket / Annual Pass-Holders get 2 x all day ticket. These tickets can be given to any person of their choosing. They can be redeemed even without the pass-holder being present. These tickets remain valid for the length of the pass-holder’s pass only!
● 6 Months Pass-Holders are able to reserve a guaranteed entry spot 24 hours in advance / Annual Pass-Holders are able to reserve a guaranteed entry spot 48 hours in advance. Valid for a maximum of 1 hourly segment during any day. Specific attendance time needs to be indicated. Reservation is made by calling the 360 Sports Park Main Number. Pass-Holder needs to be at the park 5 minutes prior the reserved time slot to keep this reserved spot, otherwise this spot may be given to another guest (first come first serve).
● A 6Months / 1 Annual Pass-Holder can ask for extended opening hours (earlier or later).
6 Months Pass-Holders need 3 additional paying guests (total of 4 people) to justify the extended hours.
Annual Pass-Holders need 2 additional paying guests (total of 3 people) to justify the extended hours.
Extended Hours Conditions
● Hours need to be immediately adjacent (prior or following) actual opening or closing hours. They can’t be more than 1 hour apart from regular opening hours.
Example 1: Regular closing time is 8pm. However, a member and 9 additional guests can ask for an extension till 9pm (or additional hours). (However, if the Park closed at 8pm, they couldn’t ask to have extra hours from 9pm-10pm (there would be a 1 hour gap between closing and the extended hour!)
Example 2: A 6Months Pass-Holder and 3 additional (paying) guests can ask for an early start at 9am for an extension of 1 hour till the park opens officially at 10am. (They could not ask for a 1 hour early opening from 6am-7pm as it would leave a 3 hour gap till official opening time)
● Extended hours can’t be guaranteed & are subject to staff availability. Minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
● Earliest opening time is 6am. Latest closing time is Midnight (12pm) No exceptions!
● Members enjoy quick-registration, as their Park-waiver/Consent Form signature remains valid for 1 year (length of membership)
Entry Conditions:
Pass Holder Benefits are granted only when:
● A valid Pass Holder Card (actual card or digital photo) is presented when entering the park!
Pass-Holder Conditions:
● Pass Holder Card is needed to claim Pass Holder benefits/gain entry to the park (show JPEG/Photo on your smart-phone).
● Pass Holder Card is valid for the time-period purchased/indicated (1 Week, 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year respectively). Validity date starts on the day of purchase
● Expiring Pass Holder Cards can be renewed at any time.
● Pass Holder Cards are for ages 3 and up only
● Pass Holder Cards are personal and benefits can’t be transferred to others
● Passes can’t be canceled. In extraordinary circumstances we would accept a prorated return only!
● 360 Sports Park reserve the right to revoke Pass Holder Cards privileges to any visitor who violates common decency, park rules or engages in criminal/illicit activities.
● 360 Sports Park reserve the right to update/change Pass-holder conditions at any time without announcement
● Pass Holders must provide valid first & last name, email and phone number and date of birth.
●Pass-holder benefits don’t extended to pricing on parties, events, restaurant(food & drink), merchandise, equipment rentals, park-facility rentals, corporate events etc.
● By becoming a member, guests agree with all these terms and conditions
● Blackout-dates may apply.
● No compensation is given for unavailable activities, black-out dates, etc.
● All sales are final, no returns accepted once guests enter the park
● 360SportsPark does not offer credit
● Prices and fees may change at any time and without notice
● All activities/attractions are on a “first come, first serve” bases! For safety & enjoyment reasons, guest limits apply to activities & attractions. Our staff will guide you accordingly. (exception: 6 Months & Annual Pass-Holders with their 24/48hour reservation possibility)
● Park or some attractions may be restricted or closed due to severe weather, corporate/private events, repairs/maintenance or other reasons. Notice may not be given. Inquire with our staff if uncertain. These conditions also apply to Weekly, Monthly & Annual Pass holders!
● We reserve the right to refuse service/entrance to anyone!
● We reserve the right to ask visitor to leave the premises if they violate common decency, park rules, staff instructions or participate in illegal/illicit activities.
● Attractions may change without notice!
● Guests in possession of a valid & current day pass, weekly pass, monthly pass or annual pass are allowed to exit the park and re-enter at any time during opening hours (by showing valid pass). Guests with hourly passes void their pass upon exiting the park (even if they have a membership)!
● A lost/damaged physical membership card can be replaced for a 50THB fee.
GENERAL RULES:
● All specials, discounts & promotions may not be combined with other offers (unless specifically indicated!)
● All specials, discounts & promotions have an expiration date and are valid only on the dates indicated
● Terms and conditions apply to all specials, discounts & promotions (See individual promotion)
● Specials, discounts & promotions can’t be redeemed against cash or other services. They apply only for the service/item indicated
● Specials, discounts & promotions are for one-time use only / one per person per promotion (unless indicated)
● The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of any promotion/special & discount without prior notice.
