Yes, the completion of the Waiver/consent form is mandatory for every 360 SportsPark guest. Every attraction at the park carries inherent risks which we, as a business, can’t mitigate/eliminate no matter how hard we try. People have to assume, understand and accept these risks as otherwise a park like 360 could not exist. Have a look at the consent form here.
